Richard Shuttleworth has over 20 years coach education and support experience in elite level sport, focusing on skill acquisition. He has worked at the Australian Institute of Sport with Olympic level coaches, various national sporting organisations, Super Rugby franchises, the NRL, Football Federation Australia and Australian Rules clubs.
He was the Professional Coach Development Manager for the RFU for 4 years before moving into his latest role as a High Performance Coach Development Consultant. Richard has a BSc in Coaching Science, a MSc in Sport Psychology and a PhD in Skill Acquisition.
