Nathan Parnham is a Sydney-based S&C coach whose goal is to inspire others to achieve their personal best and aims to positively impact his athletes’ lives everyday that he goes into work.
He is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Newington College in Sydney, which is a member of the GPS, where he oversees the programming for senior rugby.
In this episode, we discuss how Nathan and his S&C staff at Newington College embrace the LTAD model when it comes to physically preparing their high school rugby players - who are also multi-sport athletes - from grade 7 through to 12.
