Natascha Wesch is Assistant Professor at Western University Faculty of Health Sciences and a Mental Performance Consultant in private practice. She was a Canadian Senior Women's National team athlete, from 1992-2002. Towards the end of her playing career, Natascha was Canadian Junior Women's National team head coach and then moved into the Canadian Senior Women's 7's team head coach for 3 years. She coached Western University Women's Rugby team for 22 years and retired from that role last season to focus time and energy on family and her private practice in Performance Psychology Consulting. She holds a PhD in Sport Psychology, Masters in Counselling Psychology, Masters in Exercise Biochemistry, and Bachelors in Exercise Science.
