Kris Stafford, Ep 69, Coaching in West Yorkshire and the UK Coaching Moment of the Year Award (2018)

Kris Stafford has been coaching rugby for 10 years and is the full time Rugby Development Officer at Leeds Beckett University, as well as head coach at Old Otliensians RUFC in West Yorkshire. Kris recently completed a postgraduate degree (MSc) in Sports Coaching and applies a lot of the theory and concepts to his daily coaching environments. He and his fellow coaches at Old Otliensians recently won the "Coaching Moment of the Year 2018" at the UK Coaching Awards.
