Jeremy Holt is an occupational psychologist, leadership coach and facilitator from England who works with high performance teams in business, sport, and the military. His company, the Centre for Team Excellence, specialises in applying behavioural science to develop great teams and has been working with the University of Sussex in an attempt to understand the psychological factors that make teams great. He’s also a grassroots rugby coach with 15 years experience
