As Canadians turn the Labour Day Weekend corner on the way to fall and increasingly colder weather what is likely to happen to cost of gasoline and diesel fuel? Canada's Environment Minister, Steven Guilbeault who warns Alberta and Saskatchewan about fossil fuel use to produce electricity beyond 2035, attended and co-chaired an environment conference in China but says what about the massive increase in coal-fired power plants in the PRC.
