Snippets here and there. Thank goodness for my kids, they have had us for dinner a few times this week. Paid double for gas, more for mortage and obviously more for food. There is no money left. I may have to sell my hous to make ends meet."

A Canadian charter airlines crew remains detained in the Dominican Republic accused of smuggling drugs, yet the Canadian CEO of Pivot Airlines says he has obtained a video of a third party loading packages of drugs into the plane during the night while his crew were at their hotel. The plane's crew had reported suspicious packages in the first instance. The Canadian government remains largely inert on the case, saying only the Dominican Republic should consider its reputation as a destiation for vacationing Canadians. The CEO of Pivot airlines has much to say on this matter.
As well, former Air Canada Boeing 767 Captain, lawyer and former president of the Air Canada Pilot's Association argues Canada should suspend its bi-lateral air transport agreement with the Dominican Republic.

A committee of MPs from all parties will now see unredacted all secret documents on why Xiangguo Qui and her husband Keding Cheng were fired and physically escorted out of the laboratory in January of 2021. The MPs will also see all secret documents about the transfer of Ebola and Henipah viruses overseen by Dr. Qui to China's Wuhan Institute of Virology in March of 2019. More than 250 pages of documents have been kept secret from MPs and hundreds more have been partially censored. We speak with the Canadian investigative journalist and author of On the Origin of the Deadliest Pandemic in 100 Years. The book looks closely at the situation at the Winnipeg lab involving the fired scientists and the role China (may have) played.
