Pat Caddell served as chief pollster and senior adviser for the Democratic Party presidential candidates George McGovern and Jimmy Carter. He became personal adviser to President Carter from 1977 to 1981, and was a consultant for films like Apocalypse Now, Reds, Air Force One and In the Line of Fire. Caddell worked as a writer, producer and consultant for TV series The West Wing, and has worked as a political expert on major television networks, particularly Fox News. He joins Roy to discuss the rise of national populism, illegal border crossings, immigration acceptance and the Clintons.
