The University of Toronto's annual research on food insecurity in Canada reveals that 8.7 million Canadians, including 2.1 million children are living in food insecurity. - Meanwhile, national polling by IPSOS for MNP Canada reveals that 28% of Canadians are cutting back on food purchases and eating less because of their stressed personal finances.
