Amendments proposed to the federal government's Bill C-21 firearms legislation. Unexpected amendments will, according to Tony Bernardo, executive director of the Canadian Sports Shooting Association result in "the majority of Canada's 2.2 million licensed firearms owners will now be criminalized, should these amendments to Bill C-21 become law."
