A hit-and-run death and the killer remains undiscovered 13 months later. Miller of Waterdown, Ontario became a victim of a hit-and-run and died on the side of the road in September of last year. His brother Jim questions Hamilton Police and their investigation.. Says he was told to stop calling the investigator and that a letter sent directly to the Hamilton Chief of Police went unanswered. Jim Miller was 10 years old when his brother Wayne, newly married, took in Jim and raised him. A retired Hamilton police officer has shared his concern with RGS about how the investigation into Wayne Miller's death is proceeding.
