An ISIS killer is possibly living free and unencumbered in Toronto. A man going by the name Abu Huzaifa al-Kanadi gave an interview for a New York Times podcast in which he claimed he was a former ISIS executioner who had killed multiple times while in Syria.
When the issue was raised during Question Period by CPC House Leader Candice Bergen, Federal Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale refused to answer any specific questions.
