A Quebec Superior Court judge has rejected a provisional injunction request by McGill University to remove a pro-Palestinian encampment, where many, if not most participants, are not students or members of any McGill-associated organizations from its front lawn in downtown Montreal. Court rules there have been no provocative incidents and McGill has moved its convocation ceremonies. - Reaction to the situation in Montreal and how this court ruling may impact other demonstrators taking over parts of Canadian university campuses.
