What is happening to new home sales in Canada's largest city? According to the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) sales of new houses and condominiums is staggering. New home sales across the GTA in May of this year was 71% lower than May of 2023, as well as 71% lower than the 10 year average for the month of May. Why is this happening?
