National outrage over convicted murderer of teens Kristen French, Leslie Mahaffy and Tammy Homolka, Paul Bernardo transferred quietly from maximum security prison in Ontario to medium security institution in Quebec. (I know the French and Mahaffy families well and moderated the memorial service for Kristen and Leslie at Leslie's mother's request at a church in Burlington, Ontario).
