Montreal Economic Institute/IPSOS national poll: Canadians are saying they are excessively taxed and less than a quarter of Canadians believe that the federal government is effectively allocating funds to address the most important issues facing Canada today. More Canadians nationally oppose the Trudeau government's carbon tax than support the tax. MEI conclusion: "A disconnect exists between the Department of Finance and the people whose money is entrusted to its care."
