NACI (National Advisory Committee on Immunization) is recommending all Canadians who haven't had a Covid booster get one for the fall if it has been at least six months since their last vaccine shot or since last getting infected with Covid. NACI focused particularly on those over 65, residents of long-term-care homes, if you're pregnant and/or at high risk due to an underlying medical condition. Also strongly recommends the booster for First Nations, Metis and Inuit communties, members of racialized communities and essential workers.
