Show Notes
63-year-old British Columbian, Jimmy Forster, was stopped twice in the same day and required to take a breathalyzer test even without any suspicion of drunk driving. He’s asthmatic and was unable to blow sufficiently hard which resulted in his car being impounded and driver's license suspended for 90 days. One officer wrote in his notes that this was a good opportunity to use the new screening demands. Forster is launching a constitutional challenge.
Guest: Jimmy Forster.
