Global News: Ticketmaster says cyberattack, bots to blame for Taylor Swift debacle. -- The U.S. Senate heard a hearing during which a Ticketmaster executive from the parent company Live Nation argued the company does not hold a ticket sale monopoly and that the Ticketmaster Taylor Swift sale was targeted by software bots which illegally obtained tickets then flipped and resold the tickets for astronomical prices.
