Israel's response to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) interim response to South Africa's charge that Israel is conducting genocide against Palestinians in Gaza declares the charge to be "false and outrageous" and "it constitutes a shameful exploitation of the Genocide Convention that is not only wholly unfounded in fact and law, but morally repugnant."
