Dr. Jasser is a former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, founder and president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, as well as author of Battle for the Soul of Islam: An American Muslim Patriot's Fight to Save his Faith. Dr. Jasser was also invited to testify before a Canadian parliamentary committee and came away unimpressed.
