Imprisoned terrorists in the U.S. are suing the Bureau of Prisons and in the U.K. terrorists are not being imprisoned in so-called "Separation Centres" built for them because the British government fears the imprisoned terrorists will sue for human rights violations. Scott Newark says Canada is doing much better at dealing with these issues.
