Dr. Zuhdi Jasser was invited to the Canadian parliament to speak about M103 before the House of Commons heritage committee.
He says implementing M103 would naturally result in many harms and unintended consequences.
Liberal MP Arif Virani called Dr. Jasser an "extremist" because of his criticism of the motion.
