James Damore was fired from Google after writing an internal memo titled “Google’s Ideological Echo Chamber”, which criticized the company’s corporate culture and diversity practices, and presented the argument that women are biologically unsuited for engineering work.
Damore and fellow former Google employee David Gudeman are seeking class-action status for the suit to include anyone at Google who identifies as a Caucasian, conservative or male.
