Show Notes

In June 2017, Roy was pulled over, given a ticket and told that he was being charged with failing to adhere to a stop sign. Following three court appearances during which a ‘not guilty’ plea was entered, the charge has now been withdrawn by the Crown.

Guest: Doug Morton, Roy’s paralegal and former traffic officer in London, Ontario

Roy asks callers - have you contested a traffic ticket in court? If so, what happened and would you recommend it?
