Ontario’s provincial election is drawing ever closer and the Progressive Conservative Party remains without a leader. The party leader will likely emerge from these three candidates: Doug Ford, Christine Elliott and Caroline Mulroney. All three have pledged they will not support a provincial carbon tax.
