And there is other news in the rest of the world:  Public and MLB players reaction to the Houston Astros 2017 World Series cheating scandal is growing in intensity. The Astros are permitted to retain the World Series winners banner/title, their WS rings, WS winners cheques and bragging rights according to now openly ridiculed and attacked MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred.
Astros players are being threatened by opposing teams players. Bookmakers are publishing odds on how often Astros players will be thrown at by opposing pitchers and speculation grows about 'spikes-up' slides into second base, the territory patrolled for the Astros by their 2017 World Series MVP Jose Altuve.
