The Canadian Federation of Independent Business, represents 110,000 small and medium sized businesses in Canada. President and CEO Dan Kelly joins Roy, to give his assessment of the 2019 federal budget. Has this budget done anything to reduce concerns about the numbers of small business owners slated to retire or close their operations? What about CPP, EI, carbon tax, income-splitting rules and a need for a plan to balance the federal budget.
