Admiral Mark Norman, former second-in-command of Canada's military, is now facing one criminal charge of 'breach of trust' after he allegedly leaked a federal cabinet discussion about possibly reviewing a $700 million Navy supply ship construction contract to Davie Shipbuilding of QC, which had been granted the contract.
