It's the time of year obsessive behaviours seem to occur with increased frequency. But how do you define OCD?
Have you ever found yourself checking and rechecking your stove to make certain it is off? Have you ever driven some distance from home wondering if you locked the front door or closed the garage door? Have you turned around and driven home to check? Are those signs of obsessive compulsive disorder, where is the line drawn?
