Show Notes
Drunk driving laws are changing in Canada, and many in the legal profession consider this a violation of civil rights. In the near future, you may receive a knock on your door from police up to two hours after you have allegedly driven, and they could demand a breathalyzer test. Why are these laws taking effect, and are they as strange and ominous as they seem? Roy green and his guest, Toronto lawyer Ari Goldkind, debate the issue.
Guest: Ari Goldkind, Toronto Criminal Lawyer
