Show Notes
In a ceremony at the Canadian Warplane Heritage in Hamilton, held in front of one of the last Lancaster bombers, the RCAF NORAD Trophy was awarded to Canadian military author Ted Barris. He earned the trophy for his work on researching and writing ‘Dam Busters.’ The book details the story of the 30 forgotten Canadians who flew an incredible, nearly impossible mission 75 years ago, in WWII.
