Jason Kenney just announced his government's 'Fair New Deal Panel' to advance Alberta's interests, like pipelines, the creation of an Alberta revenue agency and withdrawing from the Canada Pension plan (all of which Quebec has in place) but again, Kenney rejected the idea of Alberta separation from Canada.
