Is a Western Canada 3 province bloc (Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) which would challenge federal government directives the provinces find unacceptable possible? this was suggested last weekend during our interview by Danielle Smith, should she become Alberta premier. Smith also referenced Saskatchewan premier Scott Moe telling us his province will not be dicatated to on agri/energy issues by a "caretaker" federal government in Ottawa. As well: Deputy PM and Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland grossly verbally assaulted in Alberta.
