Are Canada's teachers unions almost invariably opposed to decisions taken by provincial governments on the right side of the political spectrum? Do conservative provincial governments engage in battles with teachers unions in an attempt to satisfy their base?
Today and following a UNESCO advisory to end the use of mobile phones in classrooms worldwide, Ontario is the canary in the classroom for our discussion.
