Represented France on oil markets and advised on emergency issues at International Energy Agency and European Commission. Has heard the same views/decisions delivered this week by federal Environment Minister Guilbeault from EU politicians. Professor Bros points to Europe's resulting massive energy deficiencies and subsidies for consumers as energy costs/prices skyrocket.
