Federal Minister of the Environment and Climate Change Steven Guilbeault has unveiled his plan to force the electricity grid off fossil fuels by 2035. This infuriates Saskatchewan premier Scott Moe and Alberta premier Danielle Smith who argue the move is unconstitutional and impossible to reach for their provinces.
