Just released Dalhousie Agri-foods laboratory study shows almost 60% of Canadians regularly eat food beyond its 'best before' date, with 23% doing so regularly. Among Millenials 41% believe they have become ill after eating potentially unsafe food products in the past year. And Canada's food sector falling behind that of the U.S. in wholesale and industrial prices. Might Canadian companies pull the plug and exit Canada for the United States?
