Doug Ford is officially the new leader of Ontario's Progressive Conservative party after the race took yet another chaotic turn yesterday. The announcement finally came down after a seven hour delay as party officials reviewed the results of the vote.
Christine Elliott is refusing to concede defeat. She's released a statement alleging "serious irregularities" in the vote and is vowing to investigate further.
