I didn’t think I’d ever go back there. Hell, I even avoid the station. I let so many people down last time I was there. Not just my unit, but everyone in the Bleed. If I had had a better, or kept my head on a swivel more, or been more in the moment then maybe things would have been different. Story of my life though. Shouldas and couldas and wouldas. Truth is I’m afraid. It feel like it missed last time and going back there will put me in it’s sights. Sure as hell ain’t gonna stop me though. Not everybody gets a second chance at helping to change the world.
