I was in the audience just a few tables away…
There was RFK Jr., Jordan Peterson, Tucker Carlson, and many others.
Jordan Peterson took the stage, and I saw a side of him I’ve never seen before - nothing like what he puts on YouTube or in his traditional keynote speeches.
I was in the room with high-level entrepreneurs who had paid $15,000 - $35,000 to be there (with some folks even paying $100,000).
JP starts talking about growing his business...
He dropped the single best piece of business advice I ever heard.
And I want to share it with you.
He says,
“Focus on those things that only you can do, and you do best.”
It got me thinking…
What things in my business can only I do?
How can I delete, train, or delegate all the things that other people can do?
How do I spend as much of my time as humanly possible on the things that only I can do?
When I got back to my office, I shared this advice with my team.
I asked them to help me, and they are - because they see the results.
Let me ask you, what is it that only you can do?
Write a list.
Meet with your team.
Delete, train, or delegate as much as you can so you can focus your time doing the things that only you can do.
I hope this inspires massive action in your life like it did for me.
P.S. Once you get your list of “the things only I can do” - you need to take action. Delete, train, or delegate the tasks that are bogging you down.
