Ep 345Choose Your Hard | Persevere
Life isn’t about avoiding hard—it’s about choosing which hard leads to life. In this message from 1 Peter, we discover that trials aren’t pointless—they reveal, refine, and ultimately lead to glory. You can choose the hard of perseverance or the hard of giving up. One builds you. One breaks you. Choose your hard.
Ep 344Better + Brighter | Easter
The cross makes things better, and the resurrection makes things brighter. Through the cross, Jesus brings forgiveness, freedom, and access to God. Through the empty tomb, He brings life and eternal hope. Easter reminds us that light has overcome darkness—and invites us to believe.
Ep 343Better + Brighter: week 13: BE A Wise Builder
Jesus ends the Sermon on the Mount with a powerful question: what are you building your life on? Storms are inevitable, but foundations determine outcomes. Wisdom isn’t hearing Jesus’ words—it’s living them. When we build on the rock, our lives can stand strong and shine brighter.
Ep 342BETTER + BRIGHTER: WEEK 12: BE IN THE FEW
Jesus presents a sobering choice: the wide road or the narrow road. One is easy and popular but empty. The other is costly but leads to life. Real faith is revealed not by words but by fruit. To live better and brighter, we must choose the narrow path and be among the few who truly follow Jesus.
Ep 341Better + Brighter | Be Discerning
Jesus calls us away from judgment and into discernment. A critical spirit divides, but a discerning heart brings clarity and restoration. When we examine ourselves first, draw close to people, and respond with grace and truth, we reflect the heart of Jesus and make the world better and brighter.
Ep 340Better + Brighter: week 10: Be Trusting
Better + Brighter: week 10: Be Trusting Jesus invites us to trade anxiety for trust. Worry shrinks our world, but faith expands it. When we remember who God is, how deeply He knows us, and how faithfully He provides, we can release control and live with peace. A better and brighter life begins when we choose trust over worry.
Ep 339Better & Brighter | Be Rich

Ep 338Better & Brighter | Be A Forgiver
Jesus teaches that forgiveness is essential to freedom. Unforgiveness weighs us down, but releasing offense reflects the gospel we’ve received. When we forgive as Christ forgave us, we live lighter, freer, and brighter in a broken world.
Ep 337Better & Brighter | Be Prayerful
Jesus teaches us to pray with intention, humility, and persistence. Prayer isn’t performance — it’s connection. When we create space, follow His pattern, and trust God’s goodness, prayer transforms us and keeps us grounded in a broken world.
Ep 336Better & Brighter | Be Authentic
Ep 335Better & Brighter | Be Gracious
Jesus calls us to live by grace, not revenge. Grace rewrites the rules, reacts differently, and responds with unconditional love — even toward enemies. When we choose grace over retaliation, we reflect Jesus and shine brightest in a hostile world.
Ep 334Better & Brighter | Be Different
Jesus calls His followers to live differently in a culture that has normalized brokenness in relationships. Faithfulness, purity, and commitment reflect God’s better design. When we choose holiness and run to grace when we fall, we make “different” the new normal.
Ep 333Better & Brighter | Be Tempered
Jesus teaches that anger, left unchecked, destroys relationships and darkens lives. Being tempered means assessing our anger, adjusting our attitudes, and pursuing reconciliation quickly. When we respond with humility and grace instead of rage, we reflect Jesus and bring light into conflict.
Ep 332Better & Brighter | Be Blessed
Jesus teaches that blessing doesn’t come from comfort or success, but from brokenness, hunger for God, and bold faith. When we depend on Him, extend mercy, pursue righteousness, and choose peace, we experience true blessing — and become a blessing to the world around us.
Ep 331Better & Brighter | Be Salt and Light
Jesus calls His followers to be salt and light — making life better and brighter wherever they go. Salt preserves and adds flavor; light reveals and guides. When our lives reflect Jesus through grace-filled actions and good deeds, people don’t just notice us — they’re drawn toward God.
Ep 330Dwell | The Arrival
Week 4 celebrates the moment God arrived through the birth of Jesus. Through Mary and Joseph, we see that God’s presence brings peace, His calling brings possibility, and His provision brings hope. The arrival of Jesus is the arrival of God’s nearness in every part of our lives.
Ep 329Dwell | The Waiting
Week 3 shows that God is still working in the dark, still speaking in the silence, and still moving in the waiting. The 400 “silent years” remind us that even when we can’t see or hear God, He is preparing the way. We dwell by leaning into His light, His Word, and His perfect timing.
Ep 328DWELL | The Tent And The Temple
Week 2 of DWELL explores how God chose to be near His people through the tent in the wilderness and the temple in the Promised Land. Now, through the Holy Spirit, we are His dwelling place. Whether life feels chaotic or steady, God is present and pursuing us. Our role? Create space to meet with Him daily.
Ep 327Dwell | The Garden
We were created to dwell with God, just as Adam and Eve once did in the garden. Sin fractured that closeness, but God never stopped pursuing us. This week invites us to stop hiding, slow down, and seek Him again. Christmas begins with the God who formed us and still longs to walk with us in every season.
Ep 326Anxious Generation | Practice
Peace isn’t a one-time feeling; it’s a pattern you practice. Philippians 4:9-13 reminds us to live out what we’ve learned — to pray first, think truth, and plug into the real power source: Christ. This week, we’re learning to stay charged with His strength even when life drains us.
Ep 325Anxious Generation | Patterns
Our minds can spiral fast — but Philippians 4:8 gives us a new route. When we fix our thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable, God rewires our brains toward peace. This week we’re learning to replace strongholds of fear with strongholds of faith.
Ep 324Anxious Generation | Peace That Doesn't Make Sense
We all crave peace, but it often feels impossible in a world that never powers down. Philippians 4:7 reminds us that real peace isn’t found in a place — it’s found in a Person. This week we learn that Jesus offers peace that surpasses understanding — a peace that guards our hearts and minds in Him.
Ep 323Anxious Generation | Call First
When anxiety hits, our instinct is to reach for control—or our phone. But Paul offers a better response: pray first. Prayer isn’t our last resort; it’s our first line of defense. When we speak our worries out loud to God, we shift from panic to peace.
Ep 322Attack On Idols - Spiritual Apathy
Spiritual apathy is one of the most dangerous idols—it lulls us to sleep while a real war rages on for souls. Daniel’s visions remind us the enemy is real, the battle is fierce, and the King is coming. Don’t settle for casual Christianity. Wake up, fight back with prayer and God’s Word, and live ready for Jesus’ return. Our final week in our series Attack On Idols we battle the idol of Spiritual Apathy.
Ep 321Attack On Idols - Fear
We all battle fear—fear of people, problems, and pain. Like Daniel in the lions’ den, fear can become an idol if it masters us. But the answer isn’t avoiding fear, it’s kneeling before the Lion of Judah. Week 6 of our series Attack On Idols, we see that when we put faith in Him, fear loses its grip. Jesus is enough, and His presence is greater than any fear we face.
Ep 320Attack On Idols - Excess
We live in a culture of “too much”—too much wine, wealth, pleasure, and distraction. But like King Belshazzar in Daniel 5, excess only leaves us empty. God calls us to weigh what matters and trade the idol of excess for the essential: Jesus. In Him, we find the only life that truly satisfies. Week 5 of our series Attack On Idols we dive into this concept and learn how to combat the idol of excess.
Ep 319Attack On Idols - Pride
Week 4 of Attack on Idols we are in Daniel 4, where we look at how Nebuchadnezzar’s pride led to his fall, but his humility led to restoration. Pride resists correction, hoards credit, and forgets God’s role in success. God will humble what we refuse to surrender. Attack pride by practicing humility — receive feedback, share credit with others, and give all glory to God (Philippians 2:3–4).
