In 12 months, the Wallabies have gone from being embarrassed to earning the respect of the world - and that was proven by Australia's performance in South Africa across the two matches.

Christy Doran and Matt To'omua discuss how much the Wallabies have improved, despite a mounting injury toll, and their chances of winning silverware, given how close The Rugby Championship stands this year. But they will have to do it without Will Skelton who's headed back to France, as the Kiwis stumble in Argentina and the Wallaroos get their World Cup of to a successful start.
