Steph is a recipe developer, corporate public speaker and has worked with industry giants like Sam Wood and Sally Fitzgibbons. Sheâs also the creator of her amazing Body Good Food diary, which makes holistic health easy through her monthly lists of seasonal produce and womenâs health check reminders.
In our conversation, we get down to what eating seasonally is, and the benefits it can have for your health, the environment AND your bank account! She even provides some hot tips on giving power to our food, like how the vitamin D in mushrooms can be activated by leaving them in the sun for 10-15 mins (Iâm sorry, what?!)
