DISCUSS: What are some of the most "valuable" things you own, and what makes them valuable to you? / What do you think the hidden treasure in Matthew 13:44 symbolizes? Was the man wrong for not telling the landowner about the treasure? Why or why not? / What do you think the pearl of great price symbolizes? / What does "seek first the Kingdom of God" mean in today's context? / How do these parables challenge our priorities and values?
PRAY: Ask God to make Christ and his Kingdom the most valuable thing in your life.
PRACTICE: Reflect on your current priorities and consider what you need to change for the sake of spiritual growth and fulfillment. / Seek to cultivate a deeper understanding of the Kingdom of Heaven. Worship the Lord. Spend time in solitude with Him. / Embrace a mindset of selflessness and willingness to let go of earthly attachments in pursuit of eternal treasures.
