Tom Neuberger has defended women's rights since the 1970's and is convinced that Delaware Democrats are purposefully ignoring biological science and scientific studies proving elite transgender women athletes retain 85% or more of their male muscle strength. Thus, House Bill 199 will require women's sports teams allow transgender women to participate and take wins, trophies and scholarships away from biological women.
