Basketball legend Alonzo Mourning joins Jim to discuss the charitable efforts that he’s heading up to build up black communities and increase health and wellness awareness amongst Black males. Alonzo also looks back on his NBA career, discussing that it meant to him to win an NBA Championship in 2006, becoming Shaq’s teammate after spending years being his opponent on the court, and what it felt like to have Jeff Van Gundy wrapped around his ankle during the infamous melee between the Heat and Knicks.
