This week, we are shifting gears to begin covering some of our favorite warm weather crops. While ubiquitous in the country garden, in this episode we cover the ins and ous of summer squash. Everything from their history, to their relationship to winter squash, and of course how to grow, harvest, and prepare them. Please enjoy the episode, and we hope you find some friendly neighbors to give all your extra zucchini to!
