In this update we go over our recent move to the state of Maine, and the subsequent hunt for farmland here. We also cover our recent facebook censorship, and backup page. And finally we wrap up with the plans for the podcast going into 2022!

As promised we are continuing our series on food preservation! This episode we will be focusing on fermentation, specifically alcohol fermentation of fruits and flowers into country wine. We go over the history of wine, as well as the different styles of fermenting. The biggest take away for most zones is to get on harvesting the last of your crops, processing, and prepping for winter. Don't forget all of those free post-halloween pumpkins!
