As you well know, my biggest concern is always to challenge any model that relies on the underpaid labor of women for its success.There are so many levers to pull in terms of paying people well (or at least fairly), and we talk about the pros and cons of some of the decisions both we and a venue can make. And given the planetary resource costs of keeping data centers running, not to mention the time to train AI to understand what you want, is it worth it for you.We both agree that there are a few things that might be worth it - for instance, writing SOPs (standard operating procedures and the like). But what do you do if you want to preserve your writing voice? And how can you make sure it’s giving you good information?
